Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Visibility Check by Cyber Spark. They form a contract between you and us when you create an account, start a deep audit or buy anything from us; you agree to them on our sign-in page or on the page where you start your deep audit. When you only browse this website or run a free quick audit, the parts of these terms about using the service (“What an audit is, and what it is not”, “Your responsibilities”, “Reports and intellectual property”) still apply.

Who you are contracting with

AI Visibility Check is a product of Cyber Spark IT Services LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14891489, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Full legal details are on our legal notice page.

You can reach us at info@cyberspark.uk.

When you pay, our payment provider Stripe sells you the purchase through its Link service, which acts as reseller (“Sold through Link” on the checkout page and on your receipt) and collects the payment and any VAT. We provide the audits and AI Visibility Check Pro to you under these terms, and you can bring any question or complaint about them to us.

What we provide

We provide two audits.

  • The quick audit is free. It needs no account. You submit a web address and an email address; we show you the report and email you a copy, with a way to start a deep audit.
  • The deep audit checks more sources and returns more evidence, and we email you the report. A new account starts with three free deep audits, which do not expire; from the calendar month after it was created, each account also gets one free deep audit every calendar month, and a monthly free deep audit you do not use does not carry over. Beyond that you can buy a single deep audit, or subscribe to AI Visibility Check Pro (see “Price and payment”).

When you have deep audits of more than one kind, we use the one that expires soonest first.

Your account

Starting a deep audit creates a free account for the email address you confirmed, after you agree to these terms. You can also create one on our sign-in page, which asks the same. One person may hold one account; we may refuse free deep audits to further accounts created to obtain more of them.

You can delete your account at any time in your account’s Settings. Deleting it ends AI Visibility Check Pro at once, with no refund for the rest of the month you have paid for, and removes every deep audit you have not used, including single deep audits you bought. To keep Pro until the end of the paid month, cancel it on the Billing page first and delete the account after that. Reports you have already received stay available at their links.

What an audit is, and what it is not

Each report is an assessment at one point in time. Your score can change when your website changes. It can also change when a search engine or an AI search engine changes.

We do not guarantee any ranking, any placement in an AI answer, or any commercial result. No one can. A report tells you what we could measure and what evidence we found.

Some checks depend on sources outside our control. When a source fails or returns nothing, the report marks that check as unmeasured. Unmeasured is not a failure, and we do not present it as one.

Some parts of a report are generated by an AI model reading a sample of your public content. We label every AI-generated opinion in the report. Treat it as an opinion, not a measurement.

Your responsibilities

You may only submit a web address that you own or that you are authorised to audit.

You may not use the service to attack, overload, or disrupt any website, including ours. You may not resell the free audit as your own product, or run it in bulk against addresses you have no relationship with.

Price and payment

You can buy on our website only, never inside another app (such as ChatGPT, Claude or our browser extension). Card details go to Stripe; we do not receive or store them.

  • A single deep audit costs ÂŁ9.99 (or €9.99), a one-off payment. You can use it within 12 months of buying it; after that it expires.
  • AI Visibility Check Pro costs ÂŁ14.99 (or €14.99) a month. You pay the first month when you subscribe, and Pro then renews automatically on the same day each month, charging the same card, until you cancel. Each paid month includes 15 deep audits, added once that month’s payment has gone through; deep audits you do not use in that month end with it and are not refunded. If a renewal payment fails, that month’s deep audits are added only once it is paid, and if it stays unpaid, Pro ends.
  • Cancelling Pro. You can cancel at any time with the “Cancel subscription” button on your account’s Billing page, or without signing in on our cancellation page, linked as “Cancel a subscription” at the foot of every page. Pro then ends at the end of the month you have paid for, you are not charged again, and you keep that month’s deep audits until then. We confirm the cancellation by email straight away. Cancelling Pro is separate from your right to cancel the contract within 14 days, below.
  • Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before a change to the price of Pro. The new price applies from the first renewal after those 30 days; if you do not want it, cancel before then and you will not pay it.

The price shown at checkout is the total amount you pay, including VAT. Checkout started from our English pages charges in pounds; from our German pages, in euros.

We confirm every purchase by email, with what you bought, its price and your request to start straight away. While you have Pro, we also remind you by email before a renewal, about every six months.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of the day you made it — for a single deep audit, the day you bought it; for Pro, the day you first subscribed, not each renewal. You do not need to give a reason.

To cancel, tell us clearly within those 14 days: email info@cyberspark.uk, or write to Cyber Spark IT Services LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Include the email address of your account and what you bought. You can use the form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your message before the 14 days are over.

Before checkout, we ask you to confirm that you want the service to start straight away, within those 14 days, and that you understand what that means for this right. Because you asked for that:

  • A single deep audit: if you cancel before its report has been delivered, you get the full price back. Once the report has been delivered, you can no longer cancel that purchase.
  • Pro: if you cancel, you get your payment back less a proportionate amount for what we have already provided: 1/15 of the monthly price for each deep audit you used before telling us. Once all 15 of that month’s deep audits have been delivered, you can no longer cancel. When you cancel this way, Pro ends at once and the deep audits left in it are removed.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used, without undue delay and within 14 days of being told, at no cost to you.

When a deep audit fails

If a deep audit fails or stalls before it produces a report, the deep audit it used — free, from Pro, or bought — is returned to your account automatically, whether or not you contact us, and you can start it again. A returned deep audit keeps the expiry it had.

If something has gone wrong with an audit you paid for, contact us and we will put it right.

Availability

We do not promise the service will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it, including the free audit.

If we stop offering the deep audit for good, we will tell you first, refund any single deep audits you bought and have not used, and end Pro without charging you again.

Reports and intellectual property

The report we produce for you is yours. You can use it internally, share it with a client or a contractor, and act on it.

The website, the audit software, the scoring method, and the report format remain ours. Buying an audit does not license any of it.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. Where you are a business, we are not responsible for loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Your information

We explain what we collect and why in our privacy notice. We keep audit reports and related records for 180 days, then delete them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when we last changed them. The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones you agreed to when you made it.

If you have Pro and a change would affect it, we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies. If you do not accept it, cancel Pro before then; the change will not apply to the month you have already paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.
